Why

I wanted to use DeepSeek models directly on my phone without extra layers: my own API key, conversations stored only on the device, no usage limits or content moderation.

How

  • Native UI built with Kotlin + Jetpack Compose, with streaming responses
  • Local first: conversations and settings are stored only on the device
  • Calls the DeepSeek API directly; models can be switched
